What fabric do you use?

Our uniforms are made with a premium quality fabric and are composed of 72% polyester / 21% rayon and 7% elastane. Stretchy, lightweight and high performance fabric. Its structure allows it to breathe and dry quickly, while providing you with unparalleled comfort. It's perfect for both your professional and hectic personal life.

What size should I order?

Please refer to the size chart we have provided on the item description. You can find it by clicking on the "view size guide" button. To measure your size: hold the end of the tape measure at your belly button and go around your waist. Compare your measurement with the chart.

How do I care for my CP garments?

Machine wash your CP pieces, set your washing machine to the regular cycle and use cold water. You can also wash them by hand. Do not use a dryer, hang them to air dry or lay them flat if you can.
Do not: overload the washing machine or use bleach or chlorine.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery in the Quebec City area: Express 4 to 7 days with tracking
Delivery outside the Quebec City area: 4 to 9 days

Can I track my order?

You can track it in your CP Clothing account.

Is shipping always free?

Shipping will be free for purchases over $150 before taxes.

I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?

If you made a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@cpvetements.com and we will explain the procedure to you.

What is the return policy?

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. For all returns, contact us at info@cpvetements.com for instructions. We will handle each case personally to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will also assist you with any sizing questions or concerns you may have about our products. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns will be accepted if the garments are free of wear and tear, in their original condition with tags and invoice attached.

What is the return policy on sales?

Please note that SALE items and custom products are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Do promotional codes have a time limit?

Yes, promotional codes are only valid during a period determined by CP Clothing. Some codes have a fixed expiration date, while others are valid for a set number of days from the time the offer is received.

What happens to my promotional code if I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled if it is out of stock. The promotional code, if still in effect, can be used for a new order.

Can I apply a promotional code to an order I have already placed?

No, promotional codes are only applicable on an online purchase during the period determined by CP Clothing. Promotional codes are not retroactive.

How will the promotional code be applied to my invoice?

For codes that offer a discount amount, the discount is applied to each item on a pro-rata basis of its value before taxes. For codes that offer free shipping, the standard shipping amount is subtracted from the subtotal.


Can I use more than one promotional code on the same order?

No, a promotional code is applicable only once, and its offer cannot be combined with another code. The most advantageous promotional code will be granted and deducted from your invoice.
